Ground floor bedroom, which can be provided as a Double, Twin or Single accommodation. The room provides dressing table, wardrobe, easy chair seating plus a colour TV with Freeview channels. A Hairdryer is provided for guest use. Patio doors lead directly to the garden at the rear of the property.

Bathroom

A Private Shower room and toilet, exclusively for guest use, has recently been modernised to a high standard.

Sun Lounge

A Sun Lounge Joins the shower room and bedroom and has two comfortable swivel chairs with patio doors again leading directly onto the patio / garden. The refrigerator is located here as is the complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
